One client came to me after 25 years of always saying yes. The most reliable, capable, loyal team member, but completely invisible. No time for herself, she felt she had no voice in the room. She was exhausted, resentful for all the work she did over and above and didn't know who she was anymore.

I started Discover Opportunities after burning out, not once, not twice, but three times. Being the reliable, loyal and enthusiastic one, always saying yes and rarely had no in my vocabulary resulting in being the go to person for all departments.
