Blind Spots
You know what you do well, and there's a reason you started doing it in the first place. But somewhere along the way, running the actual business became its own job, and it's not the one you signed up for. You're not a marketer, a communications expert or a business strategist, you're not always sure which decision is the right one, and the strange thing is that if you could see everything clearly yourself, you probably wouldn't be stuck at all. The truth is that the things holding a business back are usually the hardest things for the person inside it to see, simply because you're too close to your own blind spots to notice they're there.
That's the outside perspective I bring. I can read the different ways people communicate and think, almost like speaking four different languages, and I use that to help you see what's actually running underneath your decisions, your energy, and the patterns you keep circling back to without quite knowing why.
Where this came from..
I spent twenty years in leadership across different roles, and the last four of those running sixteen operational sites as a regional manager. In a lot of ways, the people I managed were running their own small businesses inside a bigger one, each with their own identity and their own way of doing things, and my job was to help them see that clearly and use it deliberately. That's essentially the same work I do now, just without the title standing behind it.
I built the D.O. Method to do that properly, not from a textbook, but from genuinely doing it for two decades. Now I'm bringing it to founders who are doing this without a team of managers around them.
