The D.O. Method gives you a full picture with a precision that no performance review, leadership assessment or strategic planning process has ever produced, because it goes to the layer underneath all of those things and reveals the specific and personal levers that when understood and used deliberately accelerate everything above them.

Step One : How You Land 

There are three voices in every interaction yours, theirs and the environment you are both operating inside. This step makes all three visible so that you can purposely use your voice the way that gets rewarded and not blocked.

Step Two: What Actually Drives You 

Your values are not aspirations. They are the specific things that when honoured give you energy and clarity and when violated produce the stress, anxiety, overwhelm and indecision that most people mistake for a workload problem. This step finds your real values and gives you the language to use them deliberately so the cost of ignoring them finally stops.  

Step Three : What's Running the Show 

There is a belief operating underneath everything quietly deciding what you attempt and what you avoid, building the ceiling you keep hitting and fuelling the comparison that makes you question actions. You have probably never acknowledged it, this step does that and gives you a way to remove it, possibly permanently!

Method from a textbook,  it was from sixteen operational sites, four hundred and six people, and decades of leading teams where the pressure was real and the cost of getting it wrong was visible. I looked at my success and the results that looked impressive on paper and then from the quieter cost underneath them that nobody was measuring, stress, overwhelm and lack of clarity in decisions, with pressures of a large team.  I needed something precise enough to actually work  not something that sounded right in a training room and faded by the following Monday.

 I only understood exactly what had produced my success which was defiantly the long and hard way,  after I built the method, then looked back on what I had actually been doing all along. Now I use it with the leaders and professionals who are ready for that level of clarity about themselves and their professional life.
