I built a successful career by ticking the boxes, doing more to get further, the same challenges kept appearing: feeling undervalued and disconnected. I wanted the pattern to stop which led me to transformational coaching which revealed something crucial.

The patterns that kept repeating weren't about working harder or finding the right role or organisation, they were about what actually was driving me underneath. This isn't complicated work, it's about building awareness, I designed the D.O. Method™  to bring this to the fore.

The D.O. Method is a kick start to your coaching journey, it might be all you need to get back on track. It uses psychological theories and exercises simplified to get effective results.  

1:1 Coaching 

A personalised and confidential space where clients gain insight, support and the challenge needed to grow with purpose and clarity. Simple work that goes deep with each individual client.

Team Coaching 

Team Sessions are designed to foster collaboration, shared understanding of each other and aligning the team with personal and organisational goals, ideal for scaling  impact across the business.

The D.O. Method™

Most coaching starts with surface level goals and you wonder why change doesn't last. The D.O. Method™ goes straight to a series of engaging information sessions and exercises that give the client the tools to understand their own drivers and motivations. It  fast tracks progress that gets to the real change and builds that kick start momentum for your journey.

Step 1: Discover how you're naturally wired and how to communicate more effectively with others. You get clarity on why certain situations drain you while others energize you. Results: Getting more efficiency out of you and your colleagues.

Step 2: Uncover what actually matters to you (not what you think should matter) Helps you to start making decisions that feel right, not just logical. Results: Clarity on your patterns and focus on what's next.

1. What is Coaching? 

Coaching is a collaborative process where we work together to identify what's holding you back and create lasting change. Unlike therapy, which often focuses on the past, coaching focuses on understanding your past to move you forward, helping you see patterns you can't see on your own, building the clarity and momentum to break them. 

2. What's included in a workshop vs. 1:1 session?

Workshops are group sessions (typically 3 Hours) that introduce the D.O. Method™ and give you foundational tools to understand your patterns. Great if you want a kickstart or prefer learning with others.

1:1 Coaching is personalized, confidential work where we go deeper into your specific challenges and goals. Sessions are typically 60-90 minutes, and we work at your pace to create sustainable change tailored to you. 

3. What do I need to do to prepare?

Nothing. Just show up with an open mind and a willingness to look at things differently, I'll guide you through the process. If we're doing 1:1 coaching, I might ask you to reflect on your current position and objectives, but there's no homework or prep required upfront.

4. How long does it take to see results?

Most clients notice shifts within the first 2-3 sessions, often just from seeing their patterns more clearly. Lasting change typically happens over 3-6 months of consistent work, but the D.O. Method™ is designed to create momentum quickly. Some people find the workshop alone gives them what they need; others benefit from ongoing 1:1 support.

5. I'm new to coaching. Where should I start?

Start with exploring the website, see if anything really resonates with you, you can book into a series of workshops or reach out directly to me. We'll talk about what you're experiencing, and I'll help you decide whether a workshop, 1:1 coaching, or team session is the best fit. There is no pressure or obligation, just some clarity on next steps.

6. What's your background/training?

I have 15 years experience as a business operations manager, people manager and also a professional diploma in Coaching and Mentoring, BA in Psychology, Sociology and Political Science and I am also completing accreditation by the ICF and EMCC. 

7. Do you work with my industry?

The D.O. Method™ works across industries because it focuses on how humans are wired, not industry-specific tactics. I've worked in and with many sectors, but the patterns we address: feeling stuck, undervalued, disconnected, they show up everywhere.
