The method is a framework to anchor to, but is just there to bring the fundamentals to the fore, it builds the most precise picture you have ever received about how you operate, how you can use your personal drivers to motivate any decisions and how to permanently remove the invisible barriers we all have. Its a 3 Step program with more insight that up to 1 year of executive coaching.

This for those is need space to reflect, 4 workshops of 2 hours each over 4 weeks.
Each session gives value to be tested in real world before moving to the next.
Team Workshops
These group workshops can be run either as a full day intensive or over a period of weeks.
These also include a 1:1 implementation session with each team member to solidify learnings.
About us
I built this method as a recovery from burnout, questioning how I got here in the first place, mapping out what I did and how, with an education in psychology, coaching, mentoring and decades in leadership I needed to find the answers. So I build something that works for people from all perspectives, that's the real magic, I learnt how to truly understand how different people operate and I can now translate the complexities of human behaviour is simple language so it lands and shifts something for my clients.
