    I built a successful career by ticking the boxes, doing more to get further, the same challenges kept appearing: feeling undervalued and disconnected. I wanted the pattern to stop which led me to transformational coaching which revealed something crucial.

    The patterns that kept repeating as a leader weren't about working harder, they were about what was driving my team.  I created  the D.O. Method a framework that aligned my team with the business and lead to unprecedented success in revenue as well as a complete culture shift.     1. What is Coaching? 

    Coaching is a collaborative process where we work together to identify what's holding you back and create lasting change. Unlike therapy, which often focuses on the past, coaching focuses on understanding your past to move you forward, helping you see patterns you can't see on your own, building the clarity and momentum to break them. 

    2. What's included in a workshop vs. 1:1 session?

    Workshops are group sessions (typically 3 Hours) that introduce the D.O. Methodâ„¢ and give you foundational tools to understand your patterns. Great if you want a kickstart or prefer learning with others.

    1:1 Coaching is personalized, confidential work where we go deeper into your specific challenges and goals. Sessions are typically 60-90 minutes, and we work at your pace to create sustainable change tailored to you. 

    3. What do I need to do to prepare?

    Nothing. Just show up with an open mind and a willingness to look at things differently, I'll guide you through the process. If we're doing 1:1 coaching, I might ask you to reflect on your current position and objectives, but there's no homework or prep required upfront.

    4. How long does it take to see results?

    Most clients notice shifts within the first session, often just from seeing their barriers more clearly. Lasting change typically happens over 2-3 months of consistent awareness, but the D.O. Methodâ„¢ is designed to create momentum quickly. Some people find the workshop alone gives them what they need; others benefit from ongoing 1:1 support.

    5. I'm new to coaching. Where should I start?

    Start with exploring the website, see if anything really resonates with you, you can book into a series of workshops or reach out directly to me. We'll talk about what you're experiencing, and I'll help you decide whether a workshop, 1:1 coaching, or team session is the best fit. There is no pressure or obligation, just some clarity on next steps.

    6. What's your background/training?

    I have 15 years experience as a business operations manager and strategist, people manager and also a professional diploma in Coaching and Mentoring, BA in Psychology, Sociology and Political Science and I am also completing accreditation by the ICF and EMCC. 

    7. Do you work with my industry?

    The D.O. Methodâ„¢ works across industries because it focuses on how humans are wired, not industry-specific tactics. I've worked in and with many sectors, but the patterns we address: feeling stuck, undervalued, team underperforming or disconnected, they show up everywhere.
