I am Caroline McGrath, Performance and Behavioural Strategist and founder of Discover Opportunities.
I did not build the D.O. Method from a textbook, it was from sixteen operational sites, four hundred and six people, and decades of leading teams where the pressure was real and the cost of getting it wrong was visible. I looked at my success and the results that looked impressive on paper and then from the quieter cost underneath them that nobody was measuring, stress, overwhelm and lack of clarity in decisions, with pressures of a large team. I needed something precise enough to actually work not something that sounded right in a training room and faded by the following Monday.
I only understood exactly what had produced my success which was definitely the long and hard way, after I built the method, then looked back on what I had actually been doing all along. Now I use it with the leaders and professionals who are ready for that level of clarity about themselves and their professional life.
